As a Couples/Individual Therapist I truly enjoy helping couples develop loving, intimate and supportive relationships. An important step towards assisting couples is to create a network where couples can obtain useful information, reach out, seek support, and apply the tips and resources posted here towards developing a healthy relationship. My main focus here is to provide important information, and support about how each partner can learn from the conflicts that exist in their relationships. Learning to be present, to be mindful in approaching conflict with openess, curiosity and a true desire to learn about each other helps increase the understanding and empathy in our relationships. This creates a space in your relationship where healing and growth can happen.
