As a Couples/Individual Therapist I am committed to helping couples develop loving, intimate and supportive relationships. An essential step towards this goal is creating a network where couples can obtain useful information, reach out, seek support, ask questions, and apply the tips posted here towards developing a healthy relationship. My main focus here is to provide important information, and support about how each partner can learn from the conflicts that exist in their relationships. Learning to be present, to be mindful in approaching conflict with openess, curiosity and a true desire to learn about each other helps increase the understanding and empathy in our relationships. This creates an environment where all relationships becomes a place of healing and growth.
