Behaviors exercise.doc One version of a daily exercise that
helps you and your partner share the ways that you each feel loved
and cared for. It's a fun exercise as you get to ask for what want
by writing it down on a list and then giving the list to your
partner. Each partner looks at the other partners list on a daily
basis and picks one activity, gesture, action to do. It's about
asking for what you want in a positive way and it increases the
love, support and intimacy in the relationship. Enjoy it!
